$225 per 75 minute session
$175 per 50 minute session
I am not in network with insurance but will provide you with a super bill so you can seek reimbursement with your insurance company. I have a few sliding scale spots reserved as well. Payment is due at the time of service via credit or debit card and will automatically be charged via the patient portal.
Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
- What is my out of network coverage?
- What is my out of network, out of pocket maximum?
- How can I submit claims for reimbursement?

Assessment for gender-affirming surgery and letter.
This service is offered on a sliding scale. The standard rate is $175 per 55 minute session. Some clients require more than one session to complete the assessment. There is no additional charge for the letter or modifications to the letter. If cost is a barrier for you, please let me know when you reach out. My goal is to make this service accessible to as many people as possible.
A limited number of sliding scale and pro bono slots are available on a monthly basis for this service.
Some clients opt to begin therapy with me after this process, but there is no obligation to do so. Therapy is not a requirement to obtain a letter for gender-affirming surgery.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment, billed through my secure client portal, Simple Practice.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
